These guidelines incorporate State and Federal COVID-19 reopening guidelines as well as Massage and Esthetic Counsel guidance. Please read carefully as there are many changes for everyone’s safety.

 
 

Policies

Our Spa and our treatments have been set up to be safe for both our clients and our practitioners. There will be some changes to how your treatments and experience may look:

  • There will be digital forms and a pre-screening questionnaire mandatory for you to fill out prior to your service. Appointments will be staggered, this will limit how many clients we can see a day.

  • Please do not bring in a personal water bottle, we have disposable cups and water upon request.

  • We ask that all clients entering into our Spa wear a face mask, covering their nose and mouth. These are to be worn in all common areas like the lobby, front desk, hallways and restroom.

  • You will be guided to sanitize your hands upon arrival, please remove any gloves you may be wearing and dispose of them in the labeled trash receptacle.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your scheduled appointment. All our consultations will be done virtually before your treatment, scheduled by you and your therapist. Please minimize dialogue inside treatment rooms.

  • Do not bring anyone, or any pets with you, and minimize personal belongings. You will be asked to place your belongings in a plastic container during your service. Leave anything large, or oversized in your trunk. Please only use designated areas for personal belongings.
