No Show & Cancellation

Our Spa has a 48-hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy. If you do not call before 48 hours to cancel, reschedule, or do not show up for your appointment,  you will be charged 50% of the full price of your service; discounts will not be taken into consideration. If you are using a Gift Certificate or have prepaid for your service, the fee for violation of this policy will be $15. Our policy isn't to penalize our clients but to make their time, your time, with us important to you. Your health is important; let us help you keep balance and harmony. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

New Clients, Arriving for Treatment & Late Policy

We ask that all clients schedule their first appointment with us online as there is necessary digital documentation to fill out, and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. If you know you are going to be 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, feel free to email us and reschedule that time. If you are running late and still want to keep your appointment it will end at the original time. For example, an appointment for 90-minute massage starts at 11 am, the client arrives at 11:20 am but calls to let us know they still want the appointment, the service will end at 12:30 pm regardless and the price for the full 90-minute treatment will still apply. Your time is valuable and so is ours. Our schedules are now very limited to accommodate for cleaning and time between client visits. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility with us during this time.


Groupon Clients
