Numerous studies have shown the benefits of meditation such as reducing stress and anxiety, decreasing blood pressure and pain, and improving focus, productivity, and sense of inner peace. Your virtual meditation guide, Dr. Alice Fong, is a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND), she uses an integrative approach to health and wellbeing. Each session will be about 20-30 minutes.
